VERY Fast shipping. Ordered Sunday morning received Wednesday afternoon. Very east to contact. Hair is very soft did have a smell but nothing crazy. Beautiful and soft even after co wash. I installed the Hair and so far so good. I don't expect much b/c I got 18, 20, 22 ,it is Beautiful. I will purchase this hair again
